a 3 inch wide square base with a 3 inch round body then a wood screwed in 1 inch by 8-10 inch handle
they are finished in 4 coats of 100% PURE tung oil no additives other then 100% citrus solvent made from orange peels
I use them to take chop meat or your favorite burger mix roll in a ball them simply flatten out throw it on a grill or in skillet
You can use them for mash potatoes as well
The Natural finish I use soaks into the wood and naturally water proofs the wood for years of use
all is needed is a wipe down with warm water a mild soap but not a lot
Like all woods they are NOT dishwasher use or micro wave , they should be stored in a draw or hung up to dry
